Sweet Potato Pumpkin Yogurt Bowl

This bowl is perfect for breakfast and lunch of all the pumpkin lovers out there! Also a very quick way to use up leftover sweet potatoes.


  • 1/2 medium sweet potato, diced

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)

  • 1/3 cup pumpkin puree

  • Dash of cinnamon

  • Toppings:

    • Nut butter of choice

    • Granola

    • Fruit of choice 


  1. Place diced sweet potato in the microwave for 3:30-3:45 minutes. Potatoes should be easily pierced with fork when done.

  2. While cooking the potatoes, mix the yogurt, pumpkin, and cinnamon together.

  3. Add on desired toppings and cooked sweet potato.
