Central Rivers Farmshed has made a commitment to help progress health equity in the community. Throughout the 2022 year we have activated and expanded multiple programs that economically support local farms, increase access to cultural and nutritious foods for the Hmong community and rural Portage County residents, and connect the community with their local growers and business owners.
