Caprese Pasta Salad

A meal that tastes liked summer. You can find tomatoes and basil at your local farmers market!

Serves 6-8


  • Salt and pepper

  • 1 pound short pasta

  • 1/2 cup white balsamic vinegar

  • 1/4 cup olive oil

  • 2 tablespoons of honey

  • 1 pound grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 8 ounce pearl mozzarella balls, drained or 8 ounces of fresh mozzarella, torn

  • 1/2 cup basil, torn


  1. Cook pasta according to directions and drain and cooked.

  2. Whisk vinegar and honey in serving bowl and season salt and pepper.

  3. Add cooked hot pasta, tomatoes, and mozzarella and toss. Stir in basil and serve chilled or at room temperature.
