Tuesday, September 12th @ 2:30PM – The Village Hive: Bakery & Local Foods Collective
Indulge your appetites by visiting The Village Hive to find locally crafted cakes, pies, artisan breads, jams, cheese, eggs, meats, grain-free treats, and savory options!! Also, the offer seasonal produce and an array of fanciful & unique gifts. Their kitchen space is available for rent.

For everyone who wants to reduce their carbon footprint and would appreciate someome to lead the way for each tour, the departure time for this event leaving from Central Rivers Farmshed parking lot (1220 Briggs Court) will be 1:45pm to arrive at The Village Hive at 2:30pm for a tour.

More about The Village Hive:
The Hive is one of Wisconsin’s newest shared use-kitchens. It offers a licensed kitchen space for bakers and other food entrepreneurs. In addition to kitchen space The Hive also offers cooperative marketing options for members and assistance with business strategies. A wide variety of cakes, cookies, pies, breads and other items such as jams and jellies are offered for sale, along with hand-crafted items. The kitchen is available to non-members for rent on an hourly basis for canning or family baking projects, caterers, etc.. The bakery is open for retail sales Wednesday through Saturday. The business hours for each of those days is available on the web.
