Have you ever wanted to buy a whole chicken but were unsure how to properly break it down? Come to the Poultry workshop and learn how! Afterwards enjoy chicken and pasta meal! You will even be able to bring home the chicken you broke down!
Hosted by Chef Kellen Ferkey. Chef Kellen has diverse and extensive kitchen experience, and he has worked alongside other accomplished chefs in the area and takes pride in working with our local farmers and creating flavorful meals from scratch!
This workshop costs $50 for members and $60 for non-members. We have a limited number of scholarships available, apply here.
