WORKSHOP IS SOLD OUT!

Come learn the art of smoking meat and sausage making. You will learn how to make sausage, smoke various cuts of pork, cheeses, sausage and potentially more!  Afterwards you will be able to enjoy a family style meal and bring smoked food home with you.

Hosted by Chef Kellen Ferkey. Chef Kellen has diverse and extensive kitchen experience, and he has worked alongside other accomplished chefs in the area and takes pride in working with our local farmers and creating flavorful meals from scratch!
