Joel Kuehnhold of Lonely Oak Farm has perfected his sausage-making skills as an educator in the Agricultural Education program at Lincoln High School in Wisconsin Rapids. In this class, we will cover safe meat handling methods, meat preservation techniques, seasoning tips and hands-on preparation of sausages.

All participants must bring two pounds of their choice meat: beef, pork, turkey, wild game, lamb; any will do!
