Mark your calendars for the 2012 HallowGreen Barn Bash!

On Saturday, October 20th join local organizers and volunteers for a barn bash celebrating the outstanding community of volunteers who have worked with Farmshed over the past several years. Activities this year will again include chili, costume, and jack-o-lantern contests, psychic readings, and a bon fire.

Time: 3:00pm to 10:00pm

Location: Wetter's Farm, 485 Casimir Road, Stevens Point, WI  54481

Admission:

$15 general admission

$10 in costume

 Kids 14 and under FREE

Activities: Chili Cookoff, Costume Contest, Pumpkin Carving and Painting, Family Games, Psychic Readings and a Bon Fire 

Live Music: Galynne Goodwill, Good Soil, Irene's Garden, Tom Pease & more!     

Chili Cook-Off: The cook-off will run from 5pm to 7pm, all chili must be onsite by 4:30pm.  Participants will deliver up to 3 gallons of chili.  There is no fee to enter the chili cook-off and volunteers will be onsite to serve.  There will be 4 chili categories: local, meat, veggie, and spicy. Shuttle Bus: A shuttle service will be available from 6-10:30pm, leaving The Greenhouse Project on the hour and the Wetters farm on the half hour.  The cost is $5 for the night, unlimited rides.  

Food and Drinks: Chili samples will be available for $1 each.  Local brews from Central Waters Brewing Company will be available for purchase.  Zest Bakery & Coffee House will be selling hot tea, coffee, and sweets after the chili cook-off.  

Volunteering: We need volunteers to help run the front gate, assist with pumpkin carving/painting, dish up chili, direct parking, set up, clean up, and more.  In exchange for a 2 hour shift, you will receive free entrance to the event.
