Welcome to the Farmshed Community Kitchen!

Do you love to prepare large quantities of food? Are you interested in starting up a local food business but don’t have the space or the equipment? Do you like to eat local produce all year but are unable to preserve large batches at home? Farmshed now has newly renovated commercial kitchen that is available for rent. Our kitchen has the space and equipment you need for many of your favorite food projects.

To request use of the kitchen, apply online here or print and fill out the Community Kitchen Application and send or bring it to Farmshed, 1220 Briggs Ct, Stevens Point, WI 54481.

Once you have been contacted by a Farmshed representative and a rental time has been confirmed and scheduled, a Kitchen Rental Agreement and Policy Guide must be reviewed and signed.

As a renter of the Farmshed shared kitchen you have access to all of the following equipment:

*Note: Supplies and equipment listed are subject to change. Many items may not be available to take home or keep (Ex. canning jars). Please ask a Farmshed representative before renting the kitchen if the items you are interested in are available for use at that time.

GROW THE GREENHOUSE

The Greenhouse Project, an all-encompassing revitalization of the former Sorenson’s Garden Center. The 35,000 square foot future community food center, which is centrally located in Stevens Point, will house an 11,000 square foot production greenhouse, community kitchen, gathering space, and learning center.
